STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM


 

WHAT IS IT?

 

An eight week strength training program designed to build lean muscle and improve your strength post-baby. During

the course you'll follow an individual program specifically tailored to your current goals, strength and fitness level which will increase in volume and intensity every week to ensure you lift heavier and see real results.

This full body strength program places particular emphasis on muscle groups that have been weakened during pregnancy, as well as addressing any individual muscle imbalances and postural issues that have occurred as a result of your life as a new mum. 

You'll train twice a week (minimum required for results) with your trainer, alongside your small team of other mums. What you choose to do outside of the training sessions is entirely down to your individual goals and we'll put together a full health, nutrition and lifestyle program to help get you to where you want to be.

YOUR TEAM

Small group training enables you to experience all the benefits of a personal trainer in a supportive team environment.  

 

Teams are capped at a maximum of four, so you'll receive lots of individual coaching, follow a program tailored to your individual needs and your trainer can ensure you get the absolute most out of every workout.

You also get the added sociability of training alongside other mums in a friendly environment where you can motivate and support each other to hit your goals. Training together also adds an additional level of accountability.

 

Not only do you get an incredible training program, you also benefit from a strong support network of other like-minded women. 

WHAT ELSE IS INVOLVED

The program starts with an initial consultation where we discuss your goals, and current lifestyle to determine what can be achieved over the course of the eight weeks. What you then choose to do outside of the strength sessions is entirely dependent on your goals and we will provide a lifestyle plan (including nutrition plans, additional workouts, cardio plans and activity targets) that fully supports your goal whilst being realistic for you and where you're at in your post-natal journey.  

You'll also receive regular one-to-one check-ins and progress assessments with your trainer who will provide all the help and advice needed to help you reach your goal.

All this and no need for childcare or to find that additional time in your day to workout! Your baby comes along and there's lots of space and large comfy mats for babies to watch, play, nap or socialise.

CONSULTATION

  • One-to-one initial consultation to discuss your goals, health, injuries and any pregnancy specific issues you are experiencing.

  • Initial movement assessment.

 

STRENGTH

  • Progressive strength training program tailored towards your individual goals, ability and body.

  • Two group personal training sessions per week for the duration of the course.

  • Additional home or gym-based workouts to complement your in-person sessions (optional - tailored to your individual goal).

HEALTH, DIET & LIFESTYLE

  • Full lifestyle review to aim to improve your health and wellbeing.

  • Personal cardio plan (optional, tailored to your individual goal).

  • Personal nutrition program (tailored towards your individual goal). 

PROGRESS CHECKING 

  • Daily progress tracking for health markers such as sleep, stress, energy, weight.

  • Regular check-ins to provide support, assess progress and review goals.

  • Regular photos to track progress (optional - goal dependent).

SOCIABILITY AND SUPPORT

  • Support network and a key opportunity to connect with local mums within your team.

  • Fun, supportive training environment with other like-minded women.

  • Membership of team WhatsApp group for training and nutrition advice, check ins, additional support and general social.

  • Childcare (well not exactly but the baby comes too).

  • Beautiful location on the park, large comfy mats for babies, fully pram accessible and lots of space for play.
