Time is precious, particularly when looking after a baby, so following the right plan is essential to ensure you get the absolute most out of your efforts. Efficiency is key! 

 

STRONG MUMS CLUB online will give you all the skills to achieve incredible results from your training whilst allowing you the flexibility to workout in your own time, wherever suits you. Programs are designed for your individual goals, taking into account whatever lifestyle factors may affect your training ability. Whatever stage of your post-natal journey you're at, we'll provide a program to suit you. Whether you can get to the gym three times a week or need something short, sharp and effective at home, we devise a program that is right for you and your current circumstances (and can adapt the program whenever your circumstances change) so that you can continue making effective progress.

 

Your specific program will be designed to ensure you're doing the right exercises, the right way, to get long lasting and sustainable results as efficiently as possible.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

The program will be tailored to suit you and your individual goals and requirements but can include all or some of the following:

 

CONSULTATION

 

  • One-to-one initial consultation call to discuss your goals, health, injuries and any pregnancy specific issues you are experiencing.

  • Individual movement assessment (via video) to determine what programming is most suitable.

 

STRENGTH

 

  • Progressive strength training program tailored towards your individual goals, ability and body.

  • Set workouts (home or gym) to complete on a weekly basis.

  • Phased training program with new workouts every four weeks.

  • Programs that fit your lifestyle (as unpredictable as that may be).

  • Regular video assessments to ensure you are using correct technique and getting the most from your workouts.

NUTRITION

  • Personal nutrition program for your individual goal (specific to where you're at in your post-natal journey).

  • Nutritional guidance on healthy eating, how to eat well for life and how to set up long-term, sustainable eating habits to fuel your body and mind for success.

  • Nutritional tracking and ongoing food diary reviews (goal specific).

  • Advice on supplementation to support your diet, training and lifestyle.

CARDIO 

  • Goal specific cardio plans to improve general fitness centred around exercises that you enjoy. 

 

HEALTH & LIFESTYLE

 

  • Full lifestyle review to discuss your health and wellbeing (focus on stress, sleep, activity and energy levels) and provide strategies to improve in areas where required. 

 

PROGRESS CHECKING 

 

  • Daily progress tracking for health markers such as sleep, stress, energy, weight, calories etc (goal specific).

  • Weekly check-ins via e-mail and video call to provide ongoing support, assess progress and review goals.

  • Weight, photo & measurement check-ins to check progress (goal specific).
