FHIIT MUM uses a combination of strength training and cardio to build strong muscles, improve your fitness and leave you feeling energised and invigorated (without the need for caffeine or alcohol!). Result.
This class is suitable for all fitness levels and abilities with regressions and progressions available to help you adapt the workout to your own level and pace so that you are challenged within your own personal limits. Don't be put off by the 'HIIT' in 'FHIIT', the level of intensity is up to you and where you’re at in your own postnatal fitness journey.
Diastic Recti safe, we teach you how to engage your core muscles during every exercise to help rebuild your core strength safely and avoid anything which may be unsafe for your recovering core.

FHIIT MUM is 100% baby friendly so feeding, changing, napping and crying are all perfectly acceptable. All workouts are adaptable for those days when your little one just wants to be held, to ensure you still get the most out of the class whatever the circumstance.
