MUM & BABY CLASSES 

POSTNATAL CLASS TO REBUILD STRENGTH, IMPROVE FITNESS AND CORRECT PREGNANCY RELATED POSTURAL ISSUES. 

 

Strong Mums Club (mum & baby) classes use a combination of strength training and cardio to build strong muscles, improve your fitness and leave you feeling energised and invigorated (without the need for caffeine or alcohol!). Result.

 

This class is suitable for all levels with regressions and progressions available to help

you adapt the workout to your own level and pace so that you are challenged within

your own personal limits. 

Diastic Recti safe, we teach you how to engage your core muscles during every exercise

to help rebuild your core strength safely.  

 

Experience all round health benefits, that important post workout endorphin hit and the

opportunity to connect with other local mums on the same rollercoaster as you. 

 

Our classes are 100% baby friendly so feeding, changing, napping and crying are all

perfectly acceptable and expected. Workouts can also be fully adapted on those days

when your little one just wants to be held, to ensure you still get the most out of the

class whatever the circumstance.
